Order Placed:

Once you placed your order at RELX Canada, you will instantly receive an order confirmation email and a purchase confirmation email from payment provider.

 

Order Delivery:

Once your order is ready to deliver, you will receive a shipping confirmation with Tracking Number. 

 

Where Do I Get Tracking Number?

Once we receive your order, it will be sent to our warehouse to be processed and packed for shipment. Please allow 1-2 days for the order to be processed and packed for shipment. Once your package is ready for shipment, the shipping company will pick up the package and we will send you a Tracking Number via email. We offer UPS shipping service and it takes approximately 3-7 business days to get your package.

 

Why does my tracking number not appear any update?

It is probably because the delivery carrier has not yet received your package or submitted your tracking information.

 

Carrier usually needs some time to process your order information before the tracking information is updated. If you have any question on delivery, contact us through support@relxintl.com.
